About the job
Your new role
As a specialist, you are responsible for organising and supervising the upper school lunch at the respective location and implementing the framework and quality concept. The focus of your work is the care of the participating young people. You are their contact person, accompany them through lunchtime, and contribute to a pleasant and appreciative atmosphere. Depending on the number of registered young people, you will be supported by an assistant.
The assignment is on an as-needed basis with a workload of 0 to 8 hours on up to four afternoons per week. Working hours are concentrated between 11:15 am and 1:30 pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during 39 school weeks per year.
This position is for you if you:
- have a tertiary education in social work or are about to complete it
- have an equivalent qualification or training as a care professional with experience working with young people.
- are characterised by an appreciative, benevolent, and solution-oriented attitude.
- enjoy engaging with the dynamic world of young people and their diverse life situations.
- act reflectively and have the ability to respond professionally to different situations.
- like to take responsibility and contribute actively to a team.

Our operation
The upper school lunch is offered during 39 school weeks on four days a week (excluding Wednesday). The lunches are led by social pedagogically trained specialists who are available as contact persons for the young people. The offer also includes a freshly prepared, balanced meal on site according to the principles of "fourchette verte – ama terra". Alternatively, the young people can bring their own lunch.
