In the Client Services team, we support the sales of the mandate and fund solutions of ZKB Asset Management and accompany the sales offices throughout the entire value creation process. For the support of our wholesale teams in Switzerland and abroad, we are looking for an expert who can meet the demanding needs of our internal and external customers.

Your tasks

Support our wholesale sales staff in asset management and accompany the entire value creation process – from offer preparation to contract processing
Take on cross-departmental tasks such as creating presentations and handling extensive DDQs
Work closely with product specialists and portfolio managers to offer tailored investment solutions
Identify automation potential and drive technical implementation with internal departments, preferably also using AI
Take on administrative tasks such as trade entry, system setup of new clients, and maintenance of basic documents

Your profile

At least 3-5 years in a comparable role in asset management
Solid knowledge of investment funds (CH and especially LUX; other domiciles are an advantage)
Experience dealing with professional clients such as national and international banks and asset managers and their demanding requests
Affinity for digitalization topics such as process automation and use of AI in daily business
Strong team player with high resilience and flexibility for urgent requests
Further education in business administration or finance (university, university of applied sciences, college)
Very good German and English skills; additional languages (IT, ES, FR) are an advantage
