Your new tasks
- You continuously analyse the relevant market, identify potential customer segments and derive new service and sales opportunities for the portfolio
- Building on this, you develop innovative sales approaches and pricing strategies, anchor them in the organisation and design target group-specific business models
- In the next step, you manage the implementation of sales and marketing measures, coordinate programmes and events and implement communication concepts
- In this context, you analyse existing service and sales processes, identify optimisation potentials regarding efficiency and customer satisfaction and initiate corresponding measures
- Additionally, you lead the nationwide service working group between sales, product line and operations, manage defined actions and drive the integration of digital service offerings as well as the development of the service portfolio together with the product lines
Your talents and experience
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education with relevant professional experience in building automation
- Extensive experience in sales and service excellence, sales management or sales optimisation characterises you
- You are proficient in analysing sales processes and deriving optimisation measures
- You also have very good knowledge in the use of data analysis tools
- You convince with your analytical thinking, high initiative and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
