Our client is an established residential and care centre in the Rheinfelden region, specialising in the holistic care and support of elderly people. With a modern care documentation system and a respectful working environment, the institution offers its employees a meaningful activity in the service of people. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or as soon as possible for a committed person as an SRK Care Assistant.

SRK Care Assistant (m/f/d)

• Documentation of important observations in the CareCoach system
• Participation in regular care meetings within the team
• Support with hygiene, mobility and daily tasks
• Shaping everyday life through creative activities and excursions
• Assuming the role of key contact person in the residential area
• Accompanying and caring for assigned residents
• Assisting with domestic and organisational tasks

• Completed SRK care course with long-term care internship
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Warm and humorous personality
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Openness to diverse challenges in everyday life
• Empathy and patience in dealing with seniors
• Willingness to work with digital documentation systems
