Curaden AG, based in Kriens near Lucerne, is more than just a company – we embody a vision, a system, and a philosophy that sets global standards. Under our CURAPROX brand, we are revolutionizing dental care and striving for nothing less than a healthier and happier society. Our promise "Better health for you" drives us to develop innovative and pioneering dental products that captivate people in over 90 countries across six continents.
Curaprox is looking for a strategic and creative Global Social Media Manager to shape and expand our social presence worldwide. You will structure a complex, multi‑market social landscape, create a distinct voice for each channel, and lead a social‑first approach that fuels our oral‑self‑care mission. The role also owns KOL programmes and builds high‑impact community experiences that turn followers into loyal fans.
At Curaprox, we are not just creating oral care products; we are revolutionizing the way people think about their health. Every innovation we develop helps improve lives—and that’s what makes working here so fulfilling. We invite you to be part of a team that puts passion and precision into everything we do.
Your tasks
- Map and consolidate all local Curaprox accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Define a unified brand voice while tailoring sub-identities for regional markets and channel-specific audiences.
- Develop and maintain a global social style guide, tone of voice, visual language and content pillars.
- Lead the creation of a social-first content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns and educational initiatives.
- Partner with creative, product and regional teams to produce native, platform-optimised content such as video, reels, carousel posts, stories and short-form audio.
- Identify, onboard and nurture Key Opinion Leaders across key markets and develop collaborative campaigns that strengthen credibility and reach.
- Implement effective community-management processes covering monitoring, engagement, crisis response and loyalty programmes.
- Use social listening tools to capture insights, sentiment and emerging trends, and feed relevant findings back to product and R&D.
- Select, implement and optimise social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social and Brandwatch.
- Define KPI dashboards covering follower growth, engagement rate, conversion lift and sentiment, and provide monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
- Act as the global hub for social media, working closely with regional marketing, PR and e-commerce teams.
- Coach local market managers on best practices, ensuring consistency while respecting cultural nuances.
Your profile
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, ideally within consumer health, beauty, FMCG or an international consumer brand.
- Proven experience developing and scaling social media strategies across multiple markets and accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; German and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of social scheduling, analytics and listening tools, as well as Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and emerging platforms.
- Experience building and managing relationships with KOLs, scientific and dental professionals, influencers and lifestyle creators.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into data-driven social strategies.
- Confident presenting insights, recommendations and performance results to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong visual sense and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling stories around oral self-care.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative and hands-on, with the ability to balance strategy, creativity and execution in an international environment.
