Skills
- Certification as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau; medical secretary training is a plus.
- Excellent German language skills for accurate report editing.
- Strong PC proficiency, especially in MS Office.

What you can achieve
- General correspondence in reporting as well as writing, editing and sending medical reports with specialised terminology
- Management of the e-mail inbox and telephone triage of the intensive care unit
- Onboarding preparations for new employees (doctors and nursing staff)
- Recording of services and data control of provided medical services
- Medication management (ordering, stocking, expiry control)
- Maintenance of the time recording system PEP
What you bring with you
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial clerk; further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
- Very good German skills for error-free editing of medical reports
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Very good PC skills, especially in MS Office
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as teamwork skills
