The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

Are you the professional who "takes good care" of our residents and do you appreciate short communication paths?
At tilia Ittigen, we are looking for support in a motivated and well-coordinated team starting immediately or by arrangement as
- Support the primary care nurse in process-oriented care and support
- Check care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
- Actively participate in direct care
- Assist in concept development and its implementation
- Maintain care and support documentation, plan care measures based on the care process
- Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- Professional experience as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent
- Willingness for personal and professional development as well as engagement with changes
- A cheerful, solution-oriented, and proactive personality with a strong quality mindset
- Further training in the specialist area or as a wound expert? We are happy to support you
