We manage the real estate owned by the Canton of Bern. Our real estate portfolio includes a wide variety of properties, ranging from castles and farmhouses to complex laboratory buildings. Your tasks

• Processing and evaluation of real estate master data in SAP
• Data provision and design of BI analyses
• Support in the implementation of BIM ("Building Information Modeling")
• Collaboration in the further development of our "Data Governance"
• Updating documentation in data management and creating corresponding data models

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed studies in computer science, business administration or civil engineering
• Confident handling of the Office suite and motivation to work with SAP software
• Interest in the real estate sector and a flair for IT
• Strategic thinking and acting
• Structured, independent and precise way of working

...within the framework of a twelve-month internship, the opportunity to work on selected topics in a practical way for our office. In doing so, you will acquire valuable user knowledge of the cross-industry important SAP software. Through an exciting range of tasks, you will gain insight into the functioning of a larger administration and into the management of data and properties. The AGG is responsible for the sustainable development and use of the canton’s properties and buildings.
