As a succession arrangement, we are looking for a Head of Department Tariffs & IBI-care from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Head of Department Tariffs & IBI-care

You bring leadership experience in the Swiss healthcare system and know how to perfectly combine leadership with active participation in day-to-day business. You can expect a professionally demanding role in an experienced team that lives collaboration, reliability and mutual support.

You will take on

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Tariffs and IBI-care department with 5 employees
• Resource and target management of the department
• Control, optimisation and further development of internal departmental processes
• Targeted promotion and coaching of the team
• Close exchange and collaboration with other teams and areas of patient administration, service recording, IT and other internal specialist departments
• Ensuring the smooth application operation of IBI-care as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
• Professional co-design and responsibility for the correct tariff application and central contact person for outpatient hospital tariffs
• Project management, sub-project management and participation in projects
• Preparation of evaluations and analyses
• Participation in the further development of new outpatient tariff structures (TARDOC / outpatient flat rates)

You bring with you

• Completed training or studies in business administration, healthcare or comparable qualification
• Leadership experience in a comparable management position is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to different internal and external stakeholders
• Assertiveness, strategic thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in healthcare or hospital environment with understanding of clinical processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of the Swiss tariff system (TARDOC, outpatient flat rates, KVG, UVG, IV, MTK)
• Enjoyment in preparing complex tariff requirements in an understandable way and transferring them into practice
• Good IT affinity, knowledge of SAP IS-H, IBIcare is a plus
• Team player and a resilient, responsible personality
