How You Create Added Value

As a technical staff member in the Datacentre & Facility Operations team, you take responsibility for maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of the technical systems in our datacentres and office premises.

Your new tasks include the following activities:

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all critical infrastructures (power supply, cooling, security systems)
• Monitoring systems using monitoring tools as well as analysing and resolving faults
• Planning, organising and accompanying maintenance and repair work
• Coordinating and supervising external service providers including quality control
• Participating in projects in the HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) area
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and maintenance plans
• Carrying out minor repairs and installation work
• Responsibility for logistics, material management and disposal in the technical environment
• 24/7 on-call duty

What Sets You Apart

To be successful in this versatile position, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed technical training (in the fields of electrical engineering, HVAC or caretaker)
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and ideally in air conditioning / refrigeration technology
• Structured and independent working style as well as a high sense of responsibility in a well-coordinated team
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of practical work
• Experience in dealing with external service providers
• Willingness for 24/7 on-call duty
• Possession of driving licence category B / D1 / BE
