Your Tasks
- Planning and implementing the nursing process within the framework of the key worker system
- Collaboration within a multimodal, interdisciplinary psychiatric treatment
- Designing and conducting treatment offers such as leading groups, day structure, leisure activities
- Performing all duties including night and weekend shifts
- Assisting in the training of apprentices and students in the department
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH, (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience advantageous
- High professional, social and self-competence as well as high resilience and flexibility
- High motivation and ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting working environment
