What to expect:
Leadership, coaching, and development of the HR Service team (6 employees)
Ensuring quality and a high service level along the administrative HR processes
Advising employees on all questions along the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive employee experience
Ensuring and further developing administrative HR processes across all phases in Germany and Switzerland: entry/onboarding, contract & master data management, time & absence, certificates, organizational & change processes, exit/offboarding with a focus on digitalization and employee experience
Coordination of interfaces within and outside the department
You bring:
Several years of experience in HR administration/HR services in a dynamic environment; confident in managing multiple parallel processes
Initial leadership experience or visible leadership potential and desire to take responsibility
Very good knowledge of administrative HR processes in Germany; good basics of Swiss HR/labor law and administrative specifics or willingness to quickly build these up
Experienced in SAP HCM and Workday and enthusiastic about digital process optimization
High service and solution competence, structured working style, accuracy in data and documents
