WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To strengthen our Motion Team immediately or by arrangement, we are seeking a committed and qualified Multimedia Producer.

You bring modern, lifelike storytelling, a fine sense for visual design, music and rhythm, as well as an open, communicative demeanor. With us, you can contribute ideas and help shape; focused and precise work on set is important to us, as is having fun during production.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for conception, production, and post-production, from idea to delivery
• Planning and directing shoots and coordinating teams for camera, sound, lighting, editing, and grading
• Editing, audio mixing, color grading, and motion design in daily practice
• Development and implementation of moving image concepts (event documentation, commercial, interview, testimonial, animation, social formats)
• Execution on set, alone or with the production team
• Technical responsibility for equipment and quality assurance
• Planning and conducting live streams
• Photography is an advantage

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in production and post-production, ideally in an agency or company
• Solid knowledge of camera operation, sound, and lighting design
• Confident handling of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve
• Creative, flexible, hands-on, and experienced in the entire production chain
• Experience with channel- and format-appropriate content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Team-oriented, process-oriented, and resilient even in hectic situations
• Native German speaker, fluent in English
