the political, social and cultural events in the Zofingen region are your world
you report for print and online on current topics from the region, provide context and reveal backgrounds
you track down stories that move the people in the Zofingen region and explain them clearly and thoroughly
you write reports, portraits and analyses and actively contribute your own ideas to the topic planning
you work closely with the regional team of the Aargauer Zeitung

You will succeed here if

journalistic writing is your passion and you already have several years of editorial experience
you have a very good general education and are confident in the digital world
you are familiar with the Zofingen region and can build or contribute to a network
you research persistently, recognise connections and explain complex topics clearly
you are team-oriented, flexible and resilient and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
you write confidently in German and value precise, clean texts
you are willing to work occasional evening and weekend shifts
