Here is what you will do
- Independent creation of design drafts as well as planning and technical implementation of our diverse new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
- Project management across all planning phases, from initial consultation to execution planning – if desired, overall project management until construction completion
- Client consulting and acquisition, including offer preparation and cost estimation
- Negotiations with customers, authorities, specialist planners, and craftsmen
- Schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Degree as an architect ETH/FH
- or further training as a construction technician HF
- ideally first experience in overall project management
- knowledge of Swiss building standards and legislation
- the ability to coordinate yourself in a very independent working environment
- a communicative streak, so meetings are not a nuisance but a welcome means to find solutions
- a cooperative and natural demeanor towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- interest in close collaboration with contractors and specialist planners from an early project stage
- a solution-oriented and team-capable personality
- openness to critically question long-established processes
