Are you eager to dive into this dynamic? To strengthen our Research & Development department, we are looking for a motivated individual to further develop our Technical Editing with fresh ideas, a willingness to shape, and joy in modern collaboration as Head of Technical Editing.

Your Tasks

• Leading and further developing a team of three employees
• Responsibility for creating, maintaining, and advancing standards-compliant and customer-oriented technical documentation for our products and systems
• Planning, prioritising, and managing editorial tasks, including operational involvement and budget responsibility
• Advancing the Technical Editing department with a focus on modern processes, digital tools, and AI-supported solutions
• Leading the introduction of a new editorial system
• Contributing to topics around CE conformity, machinery regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with development, product management, and other stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree in Technical Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Initial leadership or project management experience is an advantage; also suitable for motivated individuals with ambitions for the next career step
• Interest in modern editorial processes, digital tools, and AI applications
• Experience with editorial systems as well as translation and terminology management and in the area of CE, machinery regulations is advantageous
• Technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex content clearly and structured
• Strong communication skills, structured, self-responsible, solution-oriented, and motivated to drive things forward
