As a skilled craftsman, you take responsibility for the assigned properties in this exciting position and ensure smooth operations with your structured and goal-oriented way of working.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Execution of special and basic cleaning with modern tools and machines
- Control and inspection rounds, documentation, and rectification of defects
- Caretaking tasks and minor repairs on buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in buildings, train stations, sanitary and outdoor facilities
- Maintenance of the surroundings (lawn, shrubs, trees, weeds, leaves) including disposal
- Recording meter readings as well as simple administrative tasks
- Coordination and accompaniment of craftsmen and third-party companies
- Environmentally friendly waste disposal and support with maintenance and revision work
- Taking on on-call duties according to planning
THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US:
- Training as a certified facility maintenance specialist EFZ or comparable craft or technical training as well as training as a caretaker is an advantage
- Proven professional experience in caretaking
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good MS Office skills and affinity for working with internal programs
- Driving license category B mandatory (company vehicle with manual transmission)
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
