- You have completed professional training and have initial experience
- You have a good knowledge of the service, insurance or banking sector as well as a clear affinity for financial and pension products
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others, you look for solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
- Your working method is autonomous, solution-oriented and goal-driven
- You have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
