Your profile
- Education: Completed commercial basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ)
- Healthcare know-how: Knowledge and professional experience in the insurance sector (KVG, IV, UVG) or in the medical field will facilitate your entry
- You communicate excellently in German. Additionally, you can communicate well in French
- Digital flair: you navigate ERP systems confidently and have no fear of digitalised processes
- Personality: You are service-oriented but firm in matters. You appreciate team exchange (we are 20 people in the department!) and an environment on equal footing

The position
- From orthotic supplies to high-tech prostheses: You process orders in our Abacus-based system and are the final authority before invoicing the cost bearers.
- Mindset: You have the courage and diplomatic skill to ask questions and point out missing details to our technicians
- Versatile task mix: For "your" locations you take responsibility for writing cost estimates, billing insurance, and managing bank accounts in accounting
- Connected work: You do not work in a silo. Our team is closely linked with IT, marketing, HR and finance
