Your Tasks/Your Work Content

You independently manage a diverse property portfolio and are responsible for its professional administration. This includes the technical and administrative management of rental properties as well as co-ownership and condominium ownership.

Your Profile

In addition to a completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (EFZ), you already have professional experience in property management, have successfully completed further training as a property manager with a federal certificate of competence, or are currently undergoing this training.
You are characterised by good organisational and communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written, and are proficient in the MS Office suite. Your proactive thinking and independent, responsible working style are expressly desired. Your polished manners and enjoyment of customer contact complete your profile.
