About the job
As a Higher Technical School, we are a customer-focused educational institution for the healthcare sector at tertiary education level with around 1100 students. Based on cantonal service agreements, we contribute with attractive initial and continuing education programmes to ensuring sufficient, well-qualified and motivated professionals in interprofessional occupational fields.

We are looking for a hands-on personality from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as
HR Assistant 60 - 80%
(fixed-term for a maximum of 12 months / Thursday mornings mandatory)
Your Tasks
- Together with your colleagues, you provide administrative support to HR consulting throughout the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit (excluding payroll accounting and social insurance)
- This also includes co-designing job advertisements, independently selecting advertising channels, and assisting with the pre-selection of received applications
- Together with HR consulting, you prepare interim and employment references
- As an HR Assistant, you are the first point of contact for all administrative HR concerns of our employees
- With your experience, you actively contribute to optimising processes and increasing the efficiency of existing workflows
- You work administratively on projects
Your Qualifications
- You have completed further training in HR (Personnel Officer or HR Assistant) or possess equivalent knowledge
- Your several years of professional experience in HR administration, your quick comprehension, and your efficient working style enable you to contribute promptly to relieving the team
- You have a strong service orientation and enjoy direct customer contact with various stakeholder groups
- You like to work reliably, independently, and solution-oriented. When faced with problems, you are happy to choose pragmatic approaches where appropriate
- You are motivated to plan, organise, and process repetitive task packages over a longer period
- You strengthen our team with your affinity for digitalisation processes and HR tools
- Unexpected situations do not unsettle you, and you are a resilient personality
