We are looking for a lawyer as court clerk for the Regional Court Landquart from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Drafting decisions in all areas of civil and criminal law as well as debt enforcement law
• Taking minutes during court hearings and conducting legal investigations
• Supporting the case management
• Partial supervision of legal interns

What we expect from you

• Completed studies in law (Master or Licentiate, preferably with a lawyer's licence)
• Ideally practical professional experience at a court or in a law firm
• Very good knowledge of German
• Structured, forward-looking, independent and precise way of working
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
