Läderach Weibel Immobilien AG is a dedicated, small real estate company in the Canton of Bern. We develop, build, and market residential projects. Additionally, we manage newly constructed residential properties as well as our own rental properties. Our goal: to achieve the best for our projects, buyers, and owners with full commitment and responsibility.

Property Manager/Team Leader (80–100%)

Your tasks:

♦ Management of our own rental properties (apartments).
♦ Administration of condominium ownership.
♦ Leading a team of three.

Your profile:

♦ Completed training in property management.
♦ Goal-oriented with assertiveness.
♦ Economical and sustainable working style with a focus on essentials.
♦ Excellent manners and a genuine sense for people.
♦ Enjoy taking responsibility and actively contributing.
