About the job
AutoForm uses the ERP software ABAS for maintaining master data, sales processes, invoicing, and financial accounting. The ABAS support team is part of the finance organisation and is affiliated with the controlling department in Switzerland.
Your tasks- Processing and monitoring of ERP support requests as well as supporting the specialist departments with application-specific queries
- Planning and management of ABAS projects, corresponding control as well as coordination and alignment with the involved stakeholders
- Participation in data maintenance as well as continuous development and optimisation of the ERP system landscape
- Analysis and optimisation of business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Administration, monitoring and ensuring the operational operation of the ERP system
- Close cooperation and coordination with the external ABAS support
- Creation and maintenance of documentation on workflows, processes and system applications
- Support and further development of the DMS system DocuWare including conception, setup and maintenance of the interface to the ERP
- Completed education (degree/vocational training) in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
- Experience in the support and maintenance of ERP systems
- Experience in project management and coordination
- High initiative as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented working style
- Good communication and expression skills in English and German
