To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as Care Assistant SRK.

Care Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

• Support during weekend and night shifts
• Promotion of the quality of life and well-being of the residents
• Participation in cross-departmental team collaboration
• Ensuring a smooth shift process
• Further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and RAI
• Individual and professional care of the residents
• Carrying out nursing activities in the long-term care sector

• Completed training as AGS or SRK-recognised qualification
• Practical experience in the long-term care sector
• Ideally familiar with RAI and Easy Dok
• Strong awareness of quality and costs
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
• Openness to modern care concepts
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
