Your role with us

• Handling all enquiries from our sales outlets regarding delivery times, order processing and internal transfers
• Monitoring goods receipt and supporting smooth order processing
• Inventory monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal product availability as well as coordination of intra-group goods and stock transfers
• Processing supplier returns including credit tracking as well as performing and following up on stock corrections
• Creation, maintenance and control of global master data as well as maintenance and creation of price information
• Supporting administrative and operational processes in category management and ensuring high data quality in the relevant systems

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training or retail training as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in an administrative, operational or coordinating role
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as solid experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, precise and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
• High service orientation, strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Resilient personality with high initiative and a hands-on mentality, who sets priorities even under high workload, manages several topics simultaneously and works to deadlines
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
