Team Leader with Responsibility Inhouse Spitex 80-100%

• Together with the nursing service management, you take over the professional and personnel leadership of the employees and ensure a high quality of care processes in the department
• You take on the daily responsibility and the late shift and show willingness to work a maximum of two weekends per month
• You lead your team with commitment, lead by good example and promote motivation as well as collaboration
• You support the planning, coordination and organisation of everyday care based on our care concept
• You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC clients
• You ensure a smooth flow of information between residents, relatives and the care team

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Experience as a team leader/ward manager
• HC knowledge or willingness to train internally
• You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
• Enjoyment in leading, developing and motivating employees as well as working in a team
• Strong communication and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives and employees
