Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Responsibilities:
- Management of residential and commercial properties
- Conducting various apartment inspections and handovers as well as documenting these processes
- Coordination and supervision of repair work
- Communication and coordination with tenants and craftsmen
- Point of contact for tenants in all matters
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education as a property manager
- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Driving licence category B is a requirement
- Team player, communicative and friendly personality
- Confident German language skills, additional language skills advantageous
