Responsibilities:
- You lead and develop the financial accounting for Switzerland and Germany according to IFRS & OR
- You are responsible for proper bookkeeping in various areas, including general ledger, accounts payable with payment runs, asset accounting, and deputising in accounts receivable management
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements as well as supporting audits are part of your duties
- You work closely with the head of finance & controlling and support monthly reporting and forecasting
- You ensure the timely submission of VAT declarations (support for Germany by a local trustee) and intercompany reconciliations
- Additional tasks in controlling
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting (or a comparable further education)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, completes your qualification profile
- Your working style is characterised by proactivity, efficiency, and independence
