Service Manager Concrete, Tunnel and Mining Technology 100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Leadership and further development of the service area concrete, tunnel and mining technology
• Responsibility for budget, results and the operational service organisation
• Strategic further development of the aftersales area and expansion of new services with a focus on service excellence and new services
• Planning and coordination of service technicians and workshop staff
• Acquisition of replacement, workshop and service work
• Technical advice and support for our customers as well as internal employees
• Ensuring efficient processes and administrative procedures
• Further development and coaching of our employees in professional and personal areas
• Willingness to work at trade fairs and weekends

What you bring to your role

• Technical basic training in the agricultural, truck or construction machinery environment
• Experience as a service or workshop manager is an advantage
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and motivation skills
• Business thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of technology and customer contact
• High service orientation as well as resilient and loyal personality
• German spoken and written; good English and French skills
• Good PC user skills (MS Office/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage)
