Main Tasks
- Participate in clarifications and investigations involving insurance intermediaries
- Independently handle (triage, allocation, and response) inquiries, tips, and complaints related to the intermediary market
- Compile legally relevant documents from clarification activities for collaboration with the enforcement area
- Administrative support for the supervisory team, e.g., in minute-taking or on-site inspections
- Independent planning and organization of meetings
- Assist with tasks in data management
Profile
- Commercial training with completed further education as a paralegal or a completed law degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the financial market environment, preferably in insurance
- Legal knowledge – especially in insurance regulation – desired
- High IT affinity
- Communicative and strong team mentality
- German skills (C1) as well as good French and English skills (B2)
