You want to represent military insurance in court and conduct appeal procedures? Then you are right with us.
What you achieve
- You conduct appeal procedures in insurance cases of military insurance and prepare legally sound decisions.
- You mainly handle French-speaking files and write correspondence as well as legal documents in French.
- You represent military insurance before cantonal insurance courts and the Federal Court.
- You analyse complex legal issues, provide well-founded legal advice and develop practical solutions.
- You advise employees in ongoing cases and support them with legally demanding questions.
What you bring
- You have a law degree and a lawyer’s licence.
- You have experience in litigation or as a court clerk and have already drafted legal decisions.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of social insurance law.
- You have native-level German and confidently write legal texts in French. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- You work independently, solution-oriented and appreciate professional exchange within the team.
