Your Internship — 3 Phases, Step by Step
- 🧑 🎓 Step 1 — Accompany and Observe
- You always accompany an experienced nurse. You watch, ask questions, understand the daily routine. No pressure, no going it alone — you are new, and that is intentional.
- 🧑 🎓 Step 2 — First Own Assignments
- You independently take on your first clients — with your companion always reachable by phone. You perform personal care, support, and document. Feedback after each assignment.
- 🧑 🎓 Step 3 — Independent Route
- You do your route, know your clients. At the end of the internship, you know: can you imagine a permanent position? So can we.
What You Need
- 🔍 Theory Part 2 of the SRK Nursing Assistant Course completed — without this, the internship may not yet start. Haven't completed it yet? Contact us anyway — we will plan together.
- 🔍 Driving Licence Cat. B — you drive daily from assignment to assignment. Mobility is mandatory in mobile care.
- 🔍 German skills B2 — you communicate daily with clients and relatives, even in difficult moments.
- 🔍 Enjoyment in working with people — not just a phrase, but a genuine attitude. Nursing is noticeable when it comes from the heart.
- 🔍 You do not need complete nursing experience — the internship is exactly for that. No prior knowledge beyond the course is necessary.
