To strengthen our Incoming Business team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager Incoming Business (m/f/d) 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.

What you will achieve
- You support mandate leaders in the care of corporate clients with an international focus, communicate with broker partners in our international network and ensure regular reporting
- You independently advise and support clients across all industries (excluding occupational pension schemes)
- You independently prepare risk analyses, insurance concepts, tenders, performance comparisons and assist clients in claims cases
- You prepare and review insurance documents, create calculations and perform administrative tasks
Why you will succeed
- You have a commercial education in the insurance industry and/or several years of experience in corporate business at an insurance broker or insurer
- You have successfully passed the VBV exam and/or hold the insurance specialist certificate or are willing to train for the insurance specialist certificate
- You are proficient in all MS Office programmes
- You want to use your good German, English and possibly French skills in your daily work
- Your pronounced service orientation characterises you
- Your demand for precise, efficient, reliable and independent working methods rounds off your profile
