A selection of your varied tasks
- Individual care and support of the residents
- Co-responsibility in the daily activities of the residents
- Collaboration within the care team and with relatives
- Execution of work according to the instructions of the responsible specialist
- Observation of changes in the persons being cared for and ensuring the flow of information to the specialist
- Creating care reports about the performed care activities in the resident system (BESA) via PC
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant (or equivalent qualifications)
- Willingness to work irregular hours according to the duty roster
- You can communicate well in German and understand dialect
- You enjoy working in a team
