The hospitality department of our clinic is responsible for catering, restaurant services, cleaning, room care, and laundry supply. The focus is on ensuring comprehensive service for patients and staff. This includes careful patient care through meal service, cleaning of living and room units on the nursing wards, as well as an efficient laundry service. Hospitality thus forms a central element for the well-being of patients.

Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the management staff in the areas of housekeeping, laundry and cleaning, kitchen, and guest service at the Rheinau location with the aim of ensuring independent and responsible management of the respective areas
- Overall responsibility for hospitality services at the Rheinau location as well as for the assigned external locations, satellite stations, and outpatient clinics, ensuring high-quality, economical, and needs-based service delivery
- Implementation of the strategy and joint annual goals of hospitality as well as continuous development and standardisation of processes, services, and operational organisation in close cooperation with overall management and other department heads
- Management of budget, cost centres, and resources within own area of responsibility, taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational requirements, as well as recognising and implementing cross-location synergies and optimisation potentials * Operational management and control of external service providers regarding quality, performance, and costs including complaint and escalation management as well as development and review of the necessary professional foundations and service requirements
- Active participation in tenders, procurement procedures, projects, and cross-location development topics together with overall hospitality management, supply chain management, and other specialist departments, as well as co-responsibility for a uniform service, quality, and leadership culture within hospitality
Your Profile
- Advanced professional or university education in facility management, hospitality, business administration, or a comparable qualification with proven relevance to the area of responsibility
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a larger and decentralised service, healthcare, or hospitality organisation
- Strong business, analytical, and strategic thinking combined with the ability to understand complex contexts and derive concrete measures from them
- High degree of independence, decisiveness, and implementation strength as well as willingness to take responsibility and to delegate it purposefully to own management staff
- Enjoyment of change, development, and digitalisation as well as the ability to think across departments and locations and to bring together different stakeholders
- Clear, consistent, and at the same time appreciative communication at different hierarchical levels as well as very good German and IT user skills
