Groupe Minoteries SA is a dynamic, efficient, and regionally well-established Swiss milling group throughout the country, procuring, processing, refining, and marketing grain and food raw materials for human nutrition.

As of 1 January 2027, we are seeking a suitable successor in Müllheim-Wigoltingen for our warehouse and logistics team due to a retirement. If you are dynamic, structured, committed, open to new things, communicative, a team player, and resilient, we would be pleased to get to know you.

Your Tasks

• Planning and organisation of the warehouse
• Proper storage of raw, semi-finished, and packaging goods
• Incoming goods inspections and quality checks in collaboration with Quality Assurance
• Ensuring goods preparation and collection
• Recording/processing logistics orders in our ERP system
• Compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and safety precautions
• Contact person for procurement, sales, and production regarding warehouse, shipping & logistics

Our Expectations

• Basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ and several years of experience in logistics and warehousing
• Structured and organised working style
• Reliable, flexible, and independent personality
• Experience handling food as well as quality and hygiene requirements
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Proficient use of ERP solutions and MS Office
• Forklift licence (SUVA recognised)
• Driving licence class CE is an advantage
