To strengthen our team in the Fruits & Vegetables sector, we are looking immediately, for a fixed term until 30.09.2026, at the Lausanne site, for a motivated and committed person as a Supermarket Employee, 50%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
- You ensure the preparation, freshness, and quality of the products.
- You conduct sales interviews and advise our demanding customers with competence and friendliness.
- You carry out weekly promotions independently and reliably.
- You organise the sales area by setting seasonal priorities.
- You check that the sales stands are complete and clean.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with our concept.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or catering.
- You already have professional experience in a similar role.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and remain calm and maintain an overview in busy situations.
- You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
- You have a reliable, meticulous, and independent working style.
- You have a strong affinity for Food products and sustainability.
- You can adapt your availability according to the schedule.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
