You lead and develop the Change Service team and ensure smooth operations
You empower employees to think and act independently and entrepreneurially, actively developing the culture as a central success factor.
You are responsible for recruiting and onboarding temporary employees to ensure successful integration into the team.
Customer orientation is at the heart of your work, while you also keep an eye on business aspects and use customer feedback to optimise processes.
You develop and coordinate requirements for optimisations and improvements in the Change Service in close collaboration with offer management, IT and specialist management.

Your Skills and Talents

You have a commercial basic education and can already demonstrate several years of professional experience in health insurance
You have very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian)
You put our customers at the centre and strive to offer them an excellent "Customer Experience"
You are a positive personality and an independent, reliable and efficient working style rounds off your profile
