Your Tasks
- Designing the roadmap for the integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation,
- Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics & Planning
- In-depth knowledge in at least two to three of these modules required
- Leading innovative and future-oriented SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Further development of existing and building new customer relationships
- Continuous support and optimisation of the SAP SuccessFactors system landscape
- Collaboration with the HR department to analyse and optimise business processes
- Integration of innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and future security of HR processes

Your Profile
- (Business) Computer Science degree or a comparable IT-oriented qualification
- Initial practical experience as a SuccessFactors consultant
- Enthusiasm for cloud solutions
- Experience in project work, a careful working style and the ability to think in processes as well as the willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as business fluent German and good English skills
