• Creating and optimising programmes for all production equipment, with a focus on programming the 3D AOI (further selective soldering and wave soldering equipment, coating system, laser cutting system, SPI)
• Supervising an assigned machine area including maintenance and calibrations
• Assisting with the introduction of new machines and processes
• Developing guidelines and specifications for programming in collaboration with the Head of Process Engineering
• Introducing new assemblies (defining and drawing aids and assembly fixtures, creating usage drawings and stencil data, defining soldering profiles)
• Continuous development of production processes and promotion of automation
• Coordinating and administratively handling complaints and non-conformities (internal/external)

• Technical basic training in electronics or comparable experience in electronics manufacturing
• Experience in programming production equipment, ideally 3D AOI, is an advantage
• Interest in process optimisation and automation
• Understanding of production documents (operations, placement plan, bill of materials)
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent and precise working style
