Court Management
The District Court Pfäffikon employs 30 staff in the beautiful district capital Pfäffikon ZH and is responsible at first instance for the assessment of all civil and criminal cases in the district.
For our commercial office, we are looking for an
Accounting and Administrative Secretary (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- Accounting (processing/posting of documents, payment orders, cash and postal account management, budget control, preparation of monthly, interim and annual financial statements, etc.)
- Bankruptcy matters (creating and processing cases including summons, deadline monitoring, drafting and sending of bankruptcy decisions)
- Material management including utilization and destruction of confiscated items
- Reception desk and telephone switchboard support, mail processing
- Recording new cases, digital and physical file maintenance and management
- Issuing and sending decisions including legal validity control
- Archiving tasks
- General secretarial duties
Your profile
- Commercial basic training, experience in accounting, ideally with administrative or court experience
- Digital proficiency
- Independent, very precise, careful and reliable working style, flair for numbers
- Sense of order and a high level of service and responsibility awareness
- Discreet, flexible, collegial and loyal
- Interest in legal issues and the administration of justice
