Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organisation. With around 125 employees at three locations, we fulfil the service mandate for eleven political municipalities. The city of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities of Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area.

We care for and support the residents in cases of illness, accident, psychiatric issues, disability and situations of overload. Our standard for high-quality care is high.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a

Head of Finance and ICT (m/f/d) 70% - 100%

who distinguishes themselves through leadership skills, organisational talent and expertise also in administration (General Management).

Your tasks:

• Operational overall responsibility for accounting, correspondence and insurance matters
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring process and quality standards in all administrative procedures
• Supporting management in budgeting and the preparation of statistics
• Leading and promoting the administration team
• Implementing ICT projects with external service providers
• Assisting management
• Compliance with data protection and occupational safety regulations
• Supporting HR activities and recruitment of new employees

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration HF or a comparable qualification in General Management
• Sound knowledge in finance and accounting with experience in financial statements
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Advanced ICT knowledge (we work with Abacus, Perigon, Windows 365)
• High social and communication skills as well as confident appearance
• Strong leadership skills and organisational talent
• Experience in marketing and communication
• Willingness for continuous development and further training
