Production Employee & Deputy Production Manager

Do you like to lend a hand and take on responsibility? In this versatile role, you actively work in production while simultaneously supporting the production management with planning, organisation, and administration. Become part of a committed team and actively shape our processes as well as the daily operations.

What you will achieve

• You are flexible and can be deployed in all production areas (cutting, preparation, freezer, and order picking)
• You support purchasing and order management
• You consistently implement our internal quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• You assist the production manager with administrative tasks and production planning
• You deputise for the production manager during their absence
• You actively coordinate and organise the day-to-day business

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Butcher/Butcheress
• Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in meat processing
• Several years of professional experience in a production company
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• German (C1)
