The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. During the peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.
An F&B Coordinator
We are looking for our "Catering" department:
Your tasks:
- Participation in the seasonal opening and closing of sales points;
- Management and processing of order and delivery slips;
- Programming and monitoring of the cash register system (Ikentoo);
- Participation in catering-related events;
- Monitoring and control of work time schedules;
- Support for monthly closures;
- Control, monitoring and analysis of inventories;
- Preparation of various reports.
Your profile:
- Training in catering and hospitality;
- Experience in catering;
- Organised and methodical;
- Good level of skiing or snowboarding;
- Proficient with basic IT tools (Office suite);
- Fluent French, good basic knowledge of English;
- Flexible and available, working weekends and public holidays.
