Head of Workplace Audiovisual

Your team

Pictet Tech design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

The Workplace Audio-Visual team leads and ensures the global management of audiovisual environments across the Group, delivering simplicity of use, high service quality and alignment with defined standards, while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Your role

• Ensure global alignment with established audiovisual standards.


• Oversee collaboration environments (conference rooms, hybrid spaces).


• Deliver a seamless, simple and efficient user experience.


• Ensure effective management of AV equipment and services across the Group.


• Drive adoption and evolution of standards across international entities.


• Lead premium environments including auditorium, executive spaces and recording studios.


• Implement tools for service management, monitoring and performance tracking.


• Define and own a comprehensive AV performance framework (utilization, occupancy, adoption, uptime, incidents, satisfaction).


• Track, analyze and report AV and workplace usage metrics to senior leadership.


• Leverage data to continuously improve workspace design and technology adoption.


• Ensure high levels of service quality and availability.

Your profile

• Proven experience in corporate audiovisual and workplace environments.


• Strong strategic, analytical and organizational capabilities.


• Ability to translate data into business insights and decision-making.


• User-centric mindset with focus on simplicity and efficiency.


• Experience in multi-site, international environments.


• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
