As a travel specialist or deputy branch manager in Lenzburg, you are the first point of contact for everyone planning their next dream trip. You respond to the wishes of our customers, put together suitable travel offers, and ensure that their holiday dreams come true – complemented by that certain something, because you are always one step ahead. You will further develop your existing customer base with us – with great commitment, passion, and your unmistakable personal touch. This ensures that our Swiss quality and service standards are not just promises but become tangible experiences for our customers.

• Completed apprenticeship in a travel agency or comparable training, tourism vocational school or degree in tourism
• Professional experience with a tour operator or in a travel agency is an advantage
• Enthusiasm and flair for travel worldwide
• Enjoyment in advising, selling, and organising individual trips
• Good system knowledge of Galileo/Smartpoint, MS Office, and industry-standard reservation systems
• Fluent language skills in German and English; French is an advantage
• Precise and responsible working style
