Specialist Private Customers 40 – 60%
What you will achieve
- You support the customer advisors in the administrative care of their customers and take over the administrative processing of financing, investment, pension, and payment transactions in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
- You assist with both the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and arrange consultation appointments by phone.
- You welcome our customers in the customer hall every Wednesday and advise them on basic services as well as on our digital applications and ATMs.
- You help with the induction and training of apprentices in the private customer area and with the organisation of customer events.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable commercial basic training.
- You enjoy professional interaction with customers.
- You are a likeable, communicative person who also enjoys working in a team.
- You are considered a reliable personality with high initiative and an exact, independent working style.
- You actively contribute and bring in ideas.
