Your main tasks include

• Leading and further developing the Recycling Centres in the Zurich region in terms of personnel, operations and business management in close cooperation with the Head of Recycling.
• Leading, promoting and developing around 50 employees and managers as well as ensuring a modern, approachable and appreciative leadership culture.
• Ensuring efficient, safe and economical operations while complying with legal as well as internal quality, environmental and safety requirements.
• Responsibility for budget, resource planning, key figures and achieving defined company goals.
• Planning and implementing investment and optimisation projects as well as continuously developing processes, plant and recycling concepts.
• Close cooperation with material flow management, sales, technical and logistics departments.

We expect from you

• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role for multiple locations.
• Higher education or further training in business administration, logistics, recycling, construction, production or a related field.
• Experience in leading organisations as well as handling key figures, budgets and change processes.
• High IT and process affinity as well as interest in digitalisation and continuous improvement.
• As a down-to-earth and approachable personality, you regularly visit our recycling centres, tackle issues pragmatically and maintain direct exchange.
