Senior Finance Manager (80-100 %)
Your Responsibilities
Closings & Accounting
- You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER (OR)
- You ensure accurate and timely financial accounting
- You are responsible for the consolidation of the Swiss companies
- You manage working capital and optimise debtor and creditor processes
Audit, Compliance & Taxes
- You plan and accompany the external audit
- You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- You are responsible for tax processes including VAT returns
Planning & Reporting
- You are responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning process
- You prepare management reports and financial analyses as a basis for well-founded decisions
Process Optimisation & Leadership
- You specifically develop financial processes, systems, and internal controls further
- You deputise for the Head of Finance and provide professional leadership in accounting
- You work closely with management, specialist departments, and external contacts
Your Profile
- You have a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable higher business qualification
- You bring several years of experience in a similar role and manage financial accounting confidently and independently
- You are proficient in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP FER (OR)
- You are familiar with goods flow processes in purchasing, warehousing, and sales
- You work precisely, in a structured manner, and with a high quality standard
- You think proactively, act pragmatically, and feel comfortable in a dynamic SME environment
- Very good Excel and ERP skills as well as very good German and English skills complete your profile; French is a plus
